End of an Era and Dawn of a New Begining
Season 10 for the Roswell Dinos

Overview: It was the end of basketball in Roswell. New Ownership in James Borbath took over the franchise and huge changes happened in ever aspect of this organization. A new team name and a new city will be the home for this franchise. Walt Jackson era was born. While many of the old personally were cut lose. Christbal Dasher is on of the few things that stayed and he had another consistant and brilliant season to add to his WBA career leading the team in scoring and rebounding. The team improved it's record by 8 wins in the regular season but still were not good enough to be a playoff team. However with the young core of talent the team has assembled it may lead to great things for this franchise and it's future. Walt Jackson,Quintal Pitt,Felipe Juarez, Sam Hickerson and Harry Krammer our part of a young core of talent for this club for years to come if all works out. Dinos finshed 5th in the Pacfic Division improving from last the year before. The fact of the teams leaving lead to a below .500 record at home. While they had a .500 record verus the eastern conference. A record of 6-18 in their divison can be looked at as the reason they were not a playoff team. But late season wins over Oregon and two wins over Anndorra showed that the Dinos may be much better overall and in the divison. If they do indeed stay in the Divison and Conference. Next season Toronto, Canada will be the place the Dinos will call home and it is not clear if they would remain in the same Divison. In Total the team made 6 trades and acquired 2 players off waviers which gave the team a complete face lift as far as on the court. Jack Armstrong had a solid first year as coach and will be back next season despite a losing record. This season would have to be considered a huge step in turning around the fortune of this franchise. Time will tell if it does.

Outlook for future:
With a possible move to the eastern conference and a new city to call home things for this franchise would seem to be on the rise. Many questions about the upcoming off-season on weather the team will be able to keep both Buck Jones and Christbal Dasher. But the teams young core should remain intact and this team could challenge for the playoffs as soon as next season.

Toronto Dinos Season 11- Not Ready For PrimeTime
Overview
This was a huge year as the franchise began in it's new home, new divison and new conference. The season started with a lot of the media picking the Dinos to be a force in the east but they were not quite at that level. Led by season 10 rookie of the year Walt Jackson the team had made a major offseason move acquiring Justin Kruger a steady point guard as said by most WBA scouts along with scoring shooting gaurd Emitt Yee. By seasons end nethier would be with the team. Kruger despite is seven year contract was bought out thats how bad he was for Toronto while Yee would get injured before the first game of the season and never devloped the chemistry with Walt Jackson. So he was dealt in a three way deal to Alaska. Eventually Toronto would end up with Rice and Wu Dian Fan from alaska and acquire Remi Jeay and Bill Blackstone from Budapeast. Rice was injured in his first game with the team so is impact is unclear as far as the future goes. But Jeay and Blackstone were solid contributers to a playoff push that lasted till the seasons final day. But beating the eventual eastern conference champion Paris was to much to ask from a young dino team despite the fact they had beat them once earlier in the season. The Dinos would end up 37-44 a 4 win improvment from last year but tied with boston for 8th in the east and thanks to the fact Boston swept the season series the moved on to the playoffs and the Dinos were on the outside looking in. Simieon Hill should also be mentioned the dinos paid 8.4 Million to bring him in as a free agent to replace the rebounding lost by dealing Christbal Dasher to Arkansas. Well he did that and how if this kid devlops an offensive game to go along with his defence he will be a dominante force. The deal was for 7 years. Walt Jackson also inked an extentsion heading into the season for 8.99 million for the max allowed 5 years. It was clear that the Dinos were very close to being a playoff team.

Outlook:
Despite many thinking that the Dinos would break out this season it was only a minor improvement. It looks as if the wba experts might have jumped the gun but heading into next season with its core players intacted it should be the year that this franchise finally gets back to the post season. Walt Jackson had a solid softmore season and although not devlopong as fast as some may have expected he is now with out question considered one of the leagues young stars. He will lead the charge in bringing this team back to respectabilty. In fact as far as respect I think they may have that around the league already. Hill could also have a breakout year next season giving the Dinos a solid post presentce. Remi Jeay has come back to the WBA with a chip on his shoulder and some excellent skills to back it up. Thinks remain up beat for this team's future success.
